At Saeed Jewelry, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, original condition pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
